NM Oleg Chebotarev (RUS, Lipetzk) has won the rapid tournament (8 GM, 12 IM). The Master Open (25 GM, more than 40 IM and FM) and FIDE Open started 12.06 and it's an official ACP Tour 2006 tournament.

The festival is held for the 10th time in Russia.
