Today I saw a strange looking fellow in a theme park. It disturbed me until I stumbled across an explanation regarding this extraordinary figure:

"This is Holle Bolle Gijs. And Holle Bolle Gijs is always hungry. That is why he is crying for food. well not exactly for food, in fact he is yelling for paper. Papier hier, Papier hier (paper over here) Oh yes, it is another version of the speaking dustbin. And again all kids want to put some paper in his mouth, big fun of course for this children, as this dustbin thanks you for your donation and for keeping the park clean."

It turned out to be a most efficient ways of preventing littering. I must say, that reassured me...
